The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).

The processing of health-related data is carried out exclusively on the basis of the explicit consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

Consent is obtained before the start of the collaboration and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Health-related data is treated confidentially, not shared with third parties, and used exclusively for the implementation of the agreed sessions.
